Lots of bugfixes this time with BuildCraft 7.0.14, including one of our oldest issues - quarries ignoring certain blocks like glass, fences, etc.! You can download it here!
(Note: To fix the quarry block issues, we had to revert a performance improvement added in February 2013. This may mean slightly worse performance (not a lot), especially for large quarries. I have, however, figured out to optimize the quarry much further - this will be added in BuildCraft 7.1 due to potential instability.)
